A strong Knights team defeated Bristol Saracens 71-17 in a quick and entertaining game at Shaftesbury Park yesterday.
Dings started fast with a faultless opening 15 minutes which resulted in an immediate hat trick for Matt Lane as Dings took a 21 nil lead.
A fightback from the committed away side resulted in Dings going into half time break 33-10 up.
The restart mirrored the first half, which resulted in a hat-trick for sub Koldo Gardoy who we were pleased to see returning from injury.
The game became stop start in the second half but but Dings reached top gear several times resulting in a huge win including tries for Ezra Caven, Jacob Fuller, Neil Dipple, Matt Bennett and Jamie Elswood who also slotted 8 conversions.
The knights have remained top of the table all season, and Just 2 wins required now from the 2 remaining league games to secure a play off spot for promotion.
