Dings Crusaders head to Plymouth Albion this Saturday for a 3pm kick off at the Brickworks for the last game before the Christmas break.

With minimal changes to the team that saw off Bishops Stortford last week, Louie Trevett returns to replace injured Nick English.

Plymouth, however, now sit 6th in the table, although it's a little skewed with games in hand, but having won the last 2 outings, the last, a closely fought match at Esher, they are fired up for this weekend.

Players to watch, Craig Duncan. Normally appearing from the bench, he is Plymouths top try scorer this season, though has not made the team this week.
