Welcome to this edition of Tuesday Nuesday.
With international Womens day having passed, we celebrated our own female heroes at the park this weekend, with Ladies Day and the semi finals of the Girls National Cup
On Sunday, our amazing under 18s pulled back to a 29 all draw at Shaftesbury Park in the National League Cup Semi Final.
Sadly, despite the draw, it is Basildon RFC who will proceed to the final on away advantage.
In any case, it was a valiant effort to come back from a deficit all game, and they showed incredible strength and resilience to fight back against a physically larger side.
On pitch 2, our Under 16 girls were the dominant force as they head through to the Cup Final having beaten Dartfordians. Some incredible rugby, a huge defensive set and heads up exploitation of the width had them always ahead. 12-0 at half time, they turned on the taps in the second half ending the game at 50-0.
Lets not forget our U14 girls too, as they battled hard to just finish second to Gloucester Hurricanes who snatched the W at the death.
Across the board, our Junior girls hold a dazzling future for women's rugby at the club.
National 7s news, Lucy Mainwaring (U16) and Max Johnson (Saxons) were at the Howden National School 7s in Rosslyn Park. Max's U18s team narrowly missed the finals on a simple split decision, but Lucy (U16s) won the Limitless Kit Player of the tournament - Well played both.

The Mavericks collected £339.79 in the bucket on Saturday and £200 sponsorship via the QR code. The raffle raised £400.
Fantastic effort from them and amazing support from Dings people, the Ladies and Blackheath.
Coming up, we have the summer ball and the junior dinner.
