Matt has kindly offered to help not only the 1st XV in their preparations for the 2013-14 season but the whole club. On Thursday 22nd August Matt will be at the club and welcomes all Dings coaches from juniors to seniors, all senior forwards and any interested parties who are members of Dings Crusaders.

The evening will start with an introduction from Matt on why the changes have happened, how the club can be at the forefront of the new scrum laws and finishing with a practical session after his presentation.

This is a great opportunity for us all to learn off a coach that is working at the top end of the game and the club appreciate Matt offering his time to help Dings Crusaders RFC.

The former Cardiff Blues Forwards Coach has held a number of roles in the RFU, including working alongside Graham Rowntree on the 'Scrum Factory' programme.
